Business Development Executive

We are a Gaharu Venture Company based in Kuala Lumpur, whose business is in agarwood (or gaharu) branded products that are marketed via the company’s franchise chain of retail outlets and cafes.

Key Tasks:

· Coordinating activities across functions in developing the company’s franchises

· Planning and implementing new product launches

· Planning and implementing marketing programs

· Preparing business plans

· Liasing with suppliers, major clients, franchisees, and technology partners

· Other tasks as assigned

Candidate:

· Possesses a degree from a recognized university or equivalent instituition of higher learning

· Language proficiency: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia

· Work experience: 0 – 5 years

· Possesses own transport

· Willing to travel on interstate and overseas assignments

· Willing to work irregular but flexible hours

To assist the Chairman in overseeing 2 companies in Kuala Lumpur. Green Technology Company, whose business is in greentechnology products, e.g. Solar panel, LED lighting, eco-construction materials. Gaharu Venture Company, whose business is in agarwood (or gaharu) branded products that are marketed via the company’s franchise chain of retail outlets and cafes.

Key Tasks:

· Coordinating activities across companies and functions

· Planning and implementing new product launches

· Planning and implementing marketing programs

· Preparing business plans

· Ensuring timely submissions by other executives

· Liasing with suppliers, major clients, franchisees, and technology partners

· Other tasks as assigned by the Chairman

Candidate:

· Possesses a degree from a recognized university or equivalent instituition of higher learning

· Language proficiency: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia

· Work experience: 0 – 5 years

Key Tasks:

· Sales and promotions of green technology products

· Obtaining customer information and analysing customer requirements to prepare sales proposals

· Providing technical support in sales

· Coordinating activities across functions in supporting sales

· Sales calls to corporate clients, governmental buyers, and individual end-user market segments

· Planning and implementing sales programs

· Other tasks as assigned
